Hunan Zhongchuang Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to invest 49.467 million yuan in the construction of an annual output of 50,000 tons of isopropyl acetate project in the reserved land of the existing plant. The project is located in the Changling branch of the Hunan Yueyang Green Chemical Industrial Park. The project uses acetic acid and propylene as raw materials to produce isopropyl acetate. The project uses propylene and ethanol as raw materials to produce isopropyl acetate under the action of a catalyst. The project will construct an installation area, a storage tank area, a new temporary storage room for hazardous waste, an initial rainwater tank, and an accident lifting tank, and other public auxiliary projects rely on the content of the existing project.

This project is an expansion project, with a planned total land area of​​4717m2 and a total construction area of ​​6984m2. The environmental protection investment of the project is 1.8 million yuan, accounting for 3.6% of the total investment.
